I wanted to provide you with an update on the latest product launch I promised to release yesterday. Unfortunately, there was an unexpected delay that caused things to get pushed back. I have now figured it all out and things are on track to finishing soon.
I understand that you have been looking forward to the release of our product, and I share your excitement. I want to assure you that I’m doing everything in my power to get the product to you as soon as possible as it’s definitely gonna be a life-changing product for some of you.
I take pride in delivering high-quality products and believe that it's better to delay the launch a little than to rush and release something that doesn't work well.
I’m happy to report that I have resolved the issues that caused the delay, and we will release the product by the end of the day. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time, and we want to thank you for your continued support and loyalty.
